Founded in January, 2008, by Thorsten S. Wiedemann and Michael Liebe, A MAZE Festival "Celebrates the convergence of computer games and art. Computer games are based on more than new technologies, they present a way of life surpassing the basics of fun and gameplay". The founders' ambition is"to present and support playful and creative experimentations with this multi-dimensional medium".A-Maze is currently collaborating with the Computerspiele Museum of Berlin, directed by Andreas Lange.
